BETAFLEX SANDING SEALER

Description :

Betaflex Sanding Sealer is a two component acid during sealer characterized by very fast drying properties and excellent filling ability.

Betaflex Sanding Sealer is very easy to sand, to provide smooth surface for the final lacquer.

Field of application :

Betaflex Sanding Sealer is intended for use as a sealer on well sanded and cleaned wood items made of solid wood, plywood, rattan, chipboard etc. Where a good filling acid curing finishing is required. Betaflex Sanding Sealer is recommended for oil or Nitrocellulose Lacquer products.

Betaflex Sanding Sealer must be thoroughly stirred before mixing with Beta Hardener BCA 088 in the ratio of 10 parts of Sanding Sealer to 1 part of Hardener and app. 3-5 parts of Thinner M 0118.

The mixture is recommended to use at the same day, but the old mixture can be mixed with a fresh batch in the morning (for Some type not recommended)

Betaflex Sanding Sealer must be completely dry and sanded before over coated with the top coat. Lack of Sanding between coats will result in intercoat adhesion failures.

Betaflex Sanding Sealer must not be polluted with oil, varnish or similar, and must not be sanded with steel wool. During hardening, the lacquer must not be exposed to ammonia vapors and excessive humidity.

Clean all equipments immediately after use with thinner M 0118.

The solvent contain in Betaflex Sanding Sealer will, if present in sufficient vapor concentration present a fire and health hazard, therefore adequate ventilation should be provided during application.

The dry film is non toxic
