characterized by very fast drying properties excellent chemical and mechanical resistance
followed by very good durability.

Sanding Sealer F Serie UV 1-032 are intended to
use as a sanding sealer for wood items made of
solid wood, plywood, rattan, chipboard, etc. For
indoor use, such as furniture, sports
equipments, parquet floor, musical instruments,
car accessories, etc. Where high quality
appearance combined with durability are the most
important.
Betaflex Urethane
Sanding Sealer F Serie UV 1-032 will give
hardwearing smooth surface and resistant to
scratch, impact, alcohol, water and almost of the
household chemicals.

Application

Betaflex Urethane
Sanding Sealer F Serie UV 1-032 must be
thoroughly stirred before mixing with Beta
Hardener in the ratio of 2 parts Betaflex
Urethane Sanding Sealer and 1 part of Beta
Urethane Hardener, then Betaflex Urethane Thinner
to spraying viscosity of 15 18 seconds NK2
/ room temperature. The mixture must be used
within 6 hours.
Clean all
equipments immediately after use with NC thinner
N series, than rinse with Betaflex Urethane
Thinner.
The solvent
contain in Betaflex Urethane Sanding Sealer will,
if present in sufficient vapor concentration
present a fire and health hazard, therefore
adequate ventilation should be provided during
application drying.
