Beta Heat
Resistant Silicone Acrylic E 294 is a heat
resistant aluminum paint based on an acrylic
modified silicone resin.
Recommended
uses :
For long period
protection of heated pipe lines, smoke stacks,
exhaust pipes and other heated surfaces subjected
to temperature up to 2200C/4280F.

Surface Preparation :
New
construction
Metal surface must
be blast cleaned to Sa 2 1/2 or SSPC SP10.
For zinc silicate primed steel, the surface
should be clean, dry and free from any
contamination.
Maintenance :
Remove any
remaining old paint on the surface. Corroded
areas must be prepared by hand or power tool
cleaning to St 3 or SSPC - SP 2/3.
