BETATHANE FINISH

UV 6-9

Description :

Betathane Finish UV 6-9 is a two pack acrylic polyurethane enamel with aliphatic isocyanate as cross-linker.

Recommended uses :

As a durable decorative finishing coat on surface above waterline on fiberglass, aluminum, steel, ferro-cement and wood.

Features :

-Excellent gloss and color retention
-Highly resistant to water, impact, abrasion and industrial corrosive .atmosphere.

Mixing ratio : 7 parts Betathane Finish UV 6-9 to
1 part Hardener HU 0-75
Application method : Airless spray, spray or brush
Guiding data airless spray    
Nozzle Orifice : 0.43 – 0.48 mm (0.017– 0.0019")
Nozzle pressure : 75 bar/1080 psi
Cleaner : TU 0-011
Recommended dry film    
thickness : 30 microns dry equivalent to
60 microns wet
Overcoating interval : min 6 hours (250C/770F)
    max 1 Month (250C/770F)
Pot life : 2 hours at (250C/770F)
