Betapox Concrete Sealer BV 571 is a two pack low
viscosity epoxy resin based varnish
Recommended uses :
As a sealer for well cleaned and fully cured
concrete surfaces before application of pigmented
paints.

Surface
and Application conditions :
The concrete must be fully cured, e.g. 28 days
for normal portland cement, and completely dry
with humidity content in the surface below 4%.
Remove oil, grease, dust, loose material and
other contaminants. Use only where application
and curing can proceed at temperature above
100°C / 500°F.
In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation
during application and drying.
Subsequent coat :
According to specification.
Remarks :
Betapox Concrete Sealer BV 571 must be applied in
such a quantity that the surface is just
saturated. In any case a glossy surface must not
appear and surplus or excess of Betapox Concrete
Sealer BV 571 must be removed by sanding before
painting takes place. The spreading rate in
practical purpose, depend on surface roughness,
porosity of the concrete and the application
method.
